Lithgow City Council engaged ISD through a competitive process to provide a master plan and business development strategy for the popular Lake Lyell public recreation area. ISD provided Council with a clear pathway to apply for approvals for a primitive camping ground,  including staging for development, cost estimates and financial forecasts.

The plan provides the means for Council to develop a tourism park that is economically viable and sustainable for Council into the future. Jim and Neville are incredibly personable and dependable, and their expertise is second to none. Lithgow City Council is better for having engaged ISD.  Thank you, Jim and Neville!
