Leeton Shire Council engaged Integrated Site Design through a competitive process in March 2021, to develop a masterplan for our Gogeldrie Weir Public Recreation Area and Business Plan for the commercial campground. The Gogeldrie Weir Master Plan Project involved identifying and exploring the potential of the area to deliver sustainable design solutions that meet the local community’s passive recreation desires and stimulate increased visitation to the region. The development of this Master Plan, which was completed in late June, has already led to our Council quickly being in a position to be able to apply for potential grants to make the proposed works happen, with a suitable grant funding opportunity becoming available for us to apply for within a week of the Master Plan’s completion.

Jim and Nev’s extensive experience in recreation precinct planning, flexibility and adaptability to our needs throughout this master planning process and passion for their work shines through as did their ability to work proactively with our wide range of stakeholder groups with a vested interest on the Gogeldrie Weir Precinct. Their work in proposing funding strategies to fast track delivery of the outcomes of this project is matched with a consistent record of high-quality delivery and many of their clients being successful with attracting large scale grant funding.
